All material on gazalafashions.com, including but not limited to brand logos, registered trademarks, high-definition photography, video reels, graphic artwork, jewelry sketches, couture designs, and website code, constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of A & ALE FASHIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

• Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, scraping, republishing, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

3 Product Descriptions & Artisanal Character

We take utmost care in presenting our royal creations with high-fidelity color fidelity, measurements, and specifications. However:

• Many of our creations feature hand-set stones, hand-woven Kashmiri pashmina, or artisanal silver filigree. Subtle natural variations in texture, stone striations, or tone are hallmarks of genuine handcrafted luxury and are not deemed defects.
• Colors displayed on your monitor or mobile screen may exhibit slight variance depending on device display calibration and screen brightness.

4 Pricing, Invoicing & Orders

• All prices quoted on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• In the rare event of a technical typographical error resulting in a product being listed at an inaccurate price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an immediate 100% refund.
• Orders are deemed confirmed only upon receipt of authorization from our payment gateway partner or confirmation of COD validity.

5 Payments, Cards & Anti-Fraud Compliance

• You agree that the credit/debit card, UPI account, or banking credentials used for transactions belong to you or are used with explicit legal authorization.
• We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings and report fraudulent payment attempts, chargeback manipulation, or stolen instrument usage to cybercrime authorities.

6 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall A & ALE FASHIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, or artisans be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or delayed logistics caused by force majeure, severe weather, or regional transport curfews.

7 Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to transactions on this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir (J&K), India.
