Cancellation Policy

1 Order Cancellation by the Customer

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. Orders can be cancelled under the following terms:

• Prior to Dispatch: Customers can cancel an order at zero cost by contacting our concierge desk with their Order ID before the parcel has been assigned an AWB or dispatched.
• Post Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner and generated an AWB tracking code, automated cancellation is not technically feasible. Please accept delivery and refer to our Exchange Policy.

2 Cancellation by Gazala Fashions

While rare, A & ALE FASHIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances:

• Sudden stock unavailability or failure of a handcrafted item during quality inspection.
• Unintended pricing errors or technical listing glitches.
• Payment gateway failure or unauthorized transaction alert flagged by our banking partners.
• Incomplete address or unserviceable pin code.

In all such cases, you will be notified immediately via call/WhatsApp/email, and a 100% full refund will be initiated without delay.

3 Refund Timelines & Mode

When an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

• The refund is triggered from our end within 24–48 business hours.
• The funds are reflected back in your original payment account (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your issuing bank's clearing cycle.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refund is needed for cancelled COD orders as no payment is collected in advance.

4 Order Modifications (Size, Color, or Address)

If you realized right after checkout that you selected the wrong size, color variant, or entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately within 2 hours of placing the order. We will gladly adjust the specifications before packing and dispatch.
