Prefer dry cleaning, or if washing at home, use cold water with mild detergent. Dry flat in shade and avoid wringing or high heat to maintain their softness and longevity.

Shipping Policy

Customers are requested to report within 48–72 hours from the time of delivery by calling or WhatsApping our customer care at 08717072905 for any in-transit breakage, damage, incorrect design, or manufacturing defect. Our team will ensure appropriate measures for replacement. Reports made after 72 hours will not fall under the Replacement Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation by contacting our customer care at 08717072905 or emailing info@gazalafashions.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case of a successful cancellation, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
